- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system. However, we do keep our pricing competitive! We have a sliding scale that we use for all our services depending on the condition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process for a new client would be gathering information on the clients scope of work and educating them on the process of the job, assessing the job, some of our measurements can be done online and some are done only in person (depending on the job scope). We provide all our clients with a detailed quote. The turn around for quotes can vary from an hour to a couple days depending on the job. Once the quote is accepted we can schedule a time to start the job! Some jobs require deposits and some do not. Once the job is completed an invoice is provided and we make sure our clients are happy with the work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Finish Line Team has years of on site training! We also continue education with the newest products, materials and machinery as it becomes available.
