We have been using Epic Technologies for many years now. Eli is very reliable and always does his best to resolve our problems right there on the spot either over the phone or remotely. When our server crash he was able to move all our data to the cloud and got us going very fast. I certainly recommend Eli and Epic Technologies for any of your computer needs.

Eli always responds promptly and gets to the studio as soon as he can. He quickly diagnoses the problem and offers reasonable cost solutions. I wouldn't call anyone else. And, he's extremely personable as well as professional. Definitely a five star service provider.
