- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once the type of property management has been determined, we do have standard pricing, with multi-unit discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If possible, we meet at the property in question, or setup an online meeting to discuss the type of property management needs and how we can best assist. We offer a free rent analysis and together determine the right rental price. Once the agreement has been signed, we take over and list the property, find the tenant, do a move-in inspection and get the lease signed. Once the tenant is moved in, we collect rent, manage any maintenance requests and issue the investor their monthly payments. As property owners ourselves, we understand that giving up control of an investment might be difficult, therefore we make sure to be as transparent as possible with great real time software.

-Licensed Realtor -18 years in the Hotel industry with numerous management certificates -Our company has been in the property management business since 2003, formerly as Great Hotels Management Corp. -We are all property owners as well.
