We instituted our Management Team’s coaching program with Bubba Kassal in April 2016. The guidance, inspiration and detailed feedback we are consistently provided by Bubba is priceless. He has driven our team to develop individual skills along with team building skills. Business is a fast paced environment with many opportunities for derailment. Bubba’s program keeps our team focused on our goals and makes us better at all we do. His expertise from years of business leadership coupled with his great personality make him a huge asset to anyone looking for a great coaching experience. The only regret I have with Bubba is not meeting him sooner. I would recommend his services to any individual or business looking to improve in any area.
