- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is usually based on the complexity of the design and it can differ greatly per project. I do like to work on a flat fee base, but in the case of a work order change, charges are per hour. Payments can be made through Paypal. I require 50% deposit after first rough sketches, and remaining balance due on completion of project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to carefully go over details of project, the more specific the client gives information the smoother the process is. I usually do rough sketches, client picks which one they like best, I then go forward with clean drawing, at which time I once again share with client, at which point any changes can be done and illustration can be finalize. I usually provide 2 minor revisions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a fashion design degree and graphic arts degree, from Miami Dade college. I worked in the field of fashion since the late 80's. I am experience in all facet of the fashion industry. I have also illustrated for other industries such as architects, interior designers, and entrepreneurs.
