- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are projects that can be quoted by the square foot such as concrete slabs and pavers. In most other type of project, a blueprint or sketch helps us by providing specific details. Construction is not a one-fits-all pricing guide. There's a lot of minutia and options to come up with a detailed estimate. We provide free estimates for 99% of the small projects we take on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most times we need to visit the site to determine access and logistics, especially when the customer wants an estimate for concrete or hardscapes. Pictures do help, at least to get a budget. We provide free estimates so feel free to call us to schedule your estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Florida state certified general contractors providing all types of commercial and residential repairs, demolition and new construction. Established in 2001 we have a long record of finished projects. Ask us for references.
