- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I am quoting hourly, I will always include an expected amount of time the job should take so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to ask a question or two more about the issue to be as knowledgeable about the problem prior to arriving on site. Then once I’m sure I understand the situation, we will proceed to discuss via text or on the phone and work out a scheduled time and set expectations about the time it may take to complete
