- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are several programs: Our Flagship program - BPM - which includes the 10 Core competencies- affective communication, negotiation skills change management leadership strategies etc. These are held once a month followed by a 1:1.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit with you for an Executive Overview- finding out the needs of the customer/business and review the various programs that we have available. Then I like to host a leadership skills workshop with the leadership team (which is your test drive on our program). Where the leadership decides on next steps, set date for program, 1:1 which each enrollee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Leadership expert. Leading teams is definitely her strength. Kelli A. Rodriguez. Founder and CEO of The Vincent Group, Inc /Crestcom Int’l. With more than 20 yrs. experience in sales and marketing leadership for small and large Fortune 500 Companies. Pharma Rx Companies in the US and abroad including AstraZeneca, Merck/Schering Plough and L’Oréal. She has a BA from Siena College in NY and graduate work from Harvard and George Washington Universities.
