I worked with Cassidy when she asked me to guide her on a proper nutrition and workout plan to enable her to compete in an NPC Bikini Championship. She placed 2nd in true novice in her first show, the Pennsylvania Natural and then was invited to compete in the Arnold Amateur Classic for only her 2nd show, where she placed 6th overall in Class C. Whether it's weight loss, gaining strength, building muscle mass, elderly fitness, sports specific training, youth fitness, bodybuilding and bikini competitions, you name it and I most likely have experience in it.
