- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have and inperson estimate fee of $125. which we will deduct from the estimate price if a contract is accepted. We may not to be the lowest possible quote you receive. As we have over 40 years of experience in this field and are complete professionals. We do offer detailed estimates with contracted amounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is to meet with them, we like to meet with all customers if possible. To be able to ask questions to know what they want, and how we can make that happen for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained in business management in construction, I’ve been certified in energy I’ve been a certified home inspector . And as mentioned before we are family owned and operated so trained in the trades from young ages.
