- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having an interview either in person or on the phone to get to know the customer and their needs. Getting a copy of last year's tax return is also helpful in case there any carryforwards
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in accounting. I am licensed directly through the IRS as an enrolled agent. And I have over 25 years of experience
