Introduction: I am a freelance photographer who specializes in glamour, portrait, fashion and event photography. I have been working since 1999. Whether you need executive head-shots, personality photos, model portfolio images, performance images, or family portraits, we will work closely with you to find out exactly how you want to be portrayed and produce the best possible results. As a photoshoot Mr. Dowdle was on time and very professional. He gave good direction for amazing pictures along with a professional comfort where I could just relax and even give feedback on what I wanted from the pictures. The end result were some of the best pictures I've had made. I would very much recommend him for photo work if you need it done.

James is great to work with! He is very professional but still manages to keep his photo shoots comfortable and fun. He's very friendly, easy to work with, and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your photos and get all of the shots you want. His edits were done very well and in a timely manner. I hired Mr. Dowdle for some head shots. He was very professional. I was pleasantly surprised to recieve the photos within two days fully edited and on a flash drive. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for. " Meaning you can always find someone cheaper but it will show in the quality of your photos.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have either a face to face or a phone consultation. So we can be sure that I know exactly what the customer wants and to be sure I am going to be the right fit for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied photography at The Ohio Institute of Photography and Technology.
