FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, like each yard is different, pricing is totally dependent on what is being done and what is involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have met with the potential customer, we give a written quote, along with any diagrams that might be needed. We then upon clients review and acceptance give our clients a job file and number. When the clients job is within a week for scheduling we email/call the client and confirm the quote details and give an estimated scheduling time. When we are within a day or so of actually going to site, we again contact client via email/phone and make sure scheduling is okay and communication is handled. The day of the work, we generate the invoice and send via email, the foreman and crew do the work, depending on the job there might be a scheduled walk thru to spot any concerns. We then accept payment. If the job requires maintenance instructions we deliver them with the invoice/email, depending on client. If client requires follow up we try and complete in a timely manner, being asap, depending on what is needed. In the case of hydroseeding, very often we check our jobs to make sure that everything is going as anticipated, and we will apply additional spot hydroseeding if needed. We hope to make our clients happy so that they come to us for all their landscaping and lawn needs every year.
