- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always fair, everyone deserves amazing entertainment at a reasonable price. But at no exception anything but high standards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a few online meeting or text chats. Have a Skype call or two. Really get a feel for what the client is envisioning, and to really understand their expectations. Then perhaps meet over dinner or coffee and sign the contract. Each client is different as well as each performance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience as a musician. And believe it or not there are other professionals and mentors that offer training. Anyone can be a DJ, but it takes hard work, practice perseverance, strong ethics, and positive business ethics to make it as a solid performer.
