- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically just charge by the hour, no trip charge or truck charge. My rates are very reasonable for a Journeyman level electrician due to minimal overhead.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come see the home and work needing done in person to get an exact idea of what I may be up against and get a material list together if I don't have all materials needed on hand. I typically require a material deposit up front to secure partial payment and reduce problems with paying out of pocket until report is built with repeat business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of schooling with ABC Indiana/Kentucky, 4 1/2 years on the job learning with LA Electric on commercial and industrial projects
