- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our design expertise is included in the cost of our custom products. In addition, we offer hourly consultation services for paint consultations, space planning, furniture arrangement, etc. These fees are based on the services needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step in working with a new client is the initial consultation. This appointment is held at the clients home and typically lasts 45 minutes - 1 hour. During this time, I will review my portfolio, do a walk thru of the home, discuss the current and future design project, the design budget and time frames. This is a great opportunity for both me and the client to get to know each other and make sure we both feel good about the working relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have earned my CID certification, a professional association exclusively for Interior Decorators. In addition, I am the winner of a 2016 International Dream Room competition for a fabulous master bedroom makeover. In 2017, my winning master bedroom was published in the design book, Love Your Home.
