- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system. However, there are certain people or businesses, that I may have been working with for some time, that receive special promotional discounted rates or what not. The longer someone does business with us, the better the relationship becomes as a whole.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A general consultation is usually recommended. It gives me some insight on what the client needs and also gives me the opportunity to get personable with the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Writing has been a craft of mine since a young boy. That's where the articles/blogs come in at. As far as promoting and advertising, I started out with all of that when I managed an internet radio station for a number of years. I learned the ins-and-outs of selling ads and marketing. Branding was just something that I picked up on my own and brought to life in an unmatched fashion.
