- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is well thought out. Im not trying to get rich but My priority is providing for my family. A lot of people don’t understand the time it takes to complete a project from beginning to end, especially dealing with steel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with all my customers to get a good idea of what they are wanting so that we are all on the same page. Helps build trust and helps me get a solid understanding of what is expected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained and certified to weld anything but pipeline.
