Introduction: My core principles guide my approach. I believe in working closely with my clients to make your event unforgettable, from the menu planning stage to when the big day arrives. I believe in compassion and flexibility to meet my client’s needs. I have extensive experience working with specific dietary requirements and food allergies. My passion for farm-to-table dinners, where locally grown ingredients keep the links between community farming and the pleasure of eating strong, translates into I approach every gathering. I strive to support local agriculture, permaculture food production, and sustainable practices in both principle and practice. Chef Ashtian was completely amazing to work with. Our engagement party was such a hit because of the food. She really took time in making our menu, some of our family members have diet restrictions so she worked in dishes that were still delicious but met the restrictions. On top of everything, her presentation is outstanding. She’s passionate about her work and values her clients. Highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a caterer.

Ashtian spent a great deal of time on the menu making sure we were happy with the selection. The food was outstanding! Everyone loved it! I highly recommend the filet crostini and the sweet potato and avocado appetizers.

Ashtian provides weekly meal service for my wife and I as well as catering services for ALL family or business engagements. Not only is Ashtian an exceptionally talented and creative chef,she is an absolute delight to be around. Once Ashtian is in your kitchen you will mot want her to leave!

Ashtian was a vendor at an event I was at and all I can say is YUMMY!! Not only was her food delicious, she was so happy and kind! Very professional, confident and answered all questions I had about catering.
