- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service call is $89 plus $59 every hour thereafter. Of course, if there are numerous tasks to perform, I can give a quick quote to fit the customers budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is always my goal to communicate with the customer. I believe it is very important to get to know my customers, which helps in the decision-making process, and allows me to provide the kind of service they are looking for, not just what I want to do. Of course, I provide professional suggestions when appropriate, but my number one goal is to fulfill my customers wishes. At Fort Worth Home Repair we still believe the customer comes first!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified with the Association of Certified Handyman Professionals, I have vast experience in all phases of home repair, and have been in the electrical field for 25+ years.
