- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do. All thumbtack price quotes are offered as a cash only discounted quote for standard packages. However, we have many packages to ensure clients get the best value for their budget from standard to premium packages. We also offer payment plans and accept all kinds of payments on our regularly package quotes offered on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to get to know you! And we want you to have a chance to get to know us and have peace of mind you are in amazing DJ hands. We encourage clients to ask questions and make sure we are the right fit for them, read our reviews and see what other clients have loved about us! From there, depending on what type of event you are planning, we will schedule phone consultations, video calls, or in person consultations depending on what package/budget fits you. Booking is easy with a very affordable low retainer, signed contract, and planning set up for your event success. We are here to guide you every step of the way to save planning time and plan a stress-free enjoyable overall experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
TeeJay was always destined to be a DJ. When she was only 5 years old, while others were playing with dolls and video games, she would record myself making a fake "radio station" playing songs from one tape cassette and recording herself as the "announcer" dedicating the song from a call-in. The local radio station hired her at 16 and soon after offered a me a full-time prime afternoon radio personality/dj position. She continued exploring all types of DJing and years and years ago realized what I really loved was DJing private events and weddings. DJ Jerrad (co-owner and husband) always had a love for music and 6 years ago after meeting TeeJay, began helping with DJ shows and assisting with weddings. He was a natural DJ, crowd-reading and making clients comfortable and encouraging every guest to have a great time. Clients love his fun-loving, laid back personality. DJ Paige also joined our team when more and more clients came to Be Entertained Events loving the idea a female DJs.
