FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a new company, I will always be competitive in pricing and usually better! Because I have less overhead I can afford to have better pricing without a loss in performance. I have the utmost respect for our service members and veterans and offer discounts for current and former Military; as well as our Police, Fire, and First Responders. I also will give a discount to any fellow TCU alumni; Go Frogs!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to get a good overview of what is requested by the homeowner, but also what is actually needed. Sometimes, people can be misled about issues in their home and I strive to give the most accurate description and analysis possible. I practice every day to give homeowners a "non-commissioned approach" to their needs because my best interest is the homeowner's best interest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business and economics degree from TCU. Upon graduation I have worked with several leading construction companies with product training, safety training, and years of continuing education.
