- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself at their home and evaluate the project needs. Conform that I'm able to do the job and email them a quote. Upon project approval I'll ascertain their schedule (if an emergency) and my schedule and decide on a start date/time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my TREC license as a Professional Home inspector. Provided me with the knowledge that makes up a domicile structure and all of its components.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
First doing projects for friends and family and now providing services to the public.
