- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not going to charge you for things that you "simply" don't need, we will BEAT, any "price quote', that you receive, without sacrificing quality, we rely on repeat business!!! So we want a BIG Smile on your face when we complete your request!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to their needs,and do my Absolute Best to accommodate them, I'll also give suggestions that they may not of thought was possible!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two degrees in Culinary, as well as one degree from a Chef's Institute, moreover, I have well over 30 yrs.in the Culinary Industry!!!
