Meeting or speaking with the customer so that we may get to know and understand the customer one on one to be able to professionally fulfil their needs, in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being in the multifamily apartment industry allowed me to have the sharp eye on what customers may look for and to do a thorough cleaning. Being a Property Manager allowed me to not only run properties but to jump in and get unit's, houses etc cleaned when needed with no hesitation.
