- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bed bugs and termites we can provide a free estimate as we need to go out and look at the property. All other pests we can provide a quote right away. We offer a 10% discount for Seniors, Veterans, Law Enforcement, Fire Department, andSchool Teachers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we try to meet face to face with all of our New Customers so we can understand what Pest issues they are having. And develop a plan of action to eliminate the problem.
