- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All our customers get the same great treatment. We set up a time that works around their schedule, at that time, we send out two uniformed Stand Up Guys Professionals to your home or place of business to offer you a free upfront estimate. If you like the price provided, we go ahead and take care of everything right then and there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with Stand Up Guys since it's beginnings in 2008. I've dealt with 1,000's of customers and 1,000's of different junk situations. It would be hard to through something at anyone here at Stand Up Guys that we haven't seen before.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always look for a reputable company. A company that has strong values and cares about the customer and their situation. Also, find a company that is licensed and insured. You always want to make sure you are protected when someone is on your property. Removing junk seems like a simple task, but hiring the wrong person can cause a lot more headaches than you would ever expect. It's best to go with a company that has your best interest in mind.
