- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge a standard percentage of the monthly collected rent for monthly management services, one of the lowest in the industry, accompanied by the best service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will arrange a visit to the property owner's home to discuss the potential client's needs. At that time we answer any questions the property owner has regarding our services - from our full service marketing, 5-point screening process, lease execution, move-in and day-to-day management.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enjoy serving others and making their lives easier. This industry quickly proved to be a perfect opportunity to do just that everyday. Facilitating joy is our mission. We do this by making property ownership less burdensome landlord-tenant relationships more peaceful.
