- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before our first appointment, I'll send you a few forms to fill out and send back to me. The information you provide will help me gain a better understanding of you, your history, and your needs and goals. At our first appointment, we'll discuss your current food and lifestyle choices and how they may be contributing to your health. We'll decide on an Action Plan that fits your unique needs, and set up a time and method to receive the plan. At this point we'll set up your two week follow-up appointment (if necessary). At the follow-up appointment we will assess your progress, identify and discuss any challenges, and make any necessary adjustments to your plan to keep you moving forward. At this time we will schedule your next appointment, which is four weeks later. If you feel confident in your new lifestyle, this will be our final appointment. If further support is needed, then counseling will continue.
