FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on the number of forms and the amount of time required to complete the return.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step of working with a new client is the phone interview. It gives me a chance to better understand the clients needs and goals as well as an opportunity to determine if they want to make an appointment to meet me at my office or if they prefer to simply drop off the required paperwork. In either case I request a copy of last years tax return, current year documents and/or any correspondences from the IRS/State for which they would like assistance. As well as answering any questions or concerns of the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees in accounting and business management and have been a registered tax preparer since 2008. I have had the opportunity to work and study under both a CPA and EA (Enrolled Agent.) Each of these professionals were experts in their field. I have 7 years experience working for one of the nations 3 biggest tax prep chains. For the past 3 years of my career I have worked with a firm that specializes in Representation/Offers in Compromise.
