- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is monthly, not hourly. We start at $325 a month depending on the services that you require. That is a minimum annual savings of $11,000.00 over paying a regular minimum wage employee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You book an appointment time online through our website to discuss your current needs. After that, if we are a good fit for each other, we'll send you a proposal based on our conversation. If we both agree to move forward, we'll provide you with an engagement letter. It's terms provide that we are free to part ways with each other at any time with 30 days notice in writing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kira Fredenburgh is the owner of Palladian Bookkeeping LLC. She is a former Realtor and has been in the Accounting field and Human Capital Management Implementation Consulting for the past 19 years serving different industries. She is a Certified Payroll Professional with the American Payroll Association, Xero Certified and is a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. Kira holds a Bachelor of Liberal Studies with a focus in Historic Preservation from the University of Mary Washington.
