What I appreciated more than anything was his knowledge of the latest greatest TV's, Computers, Sound, Internet, Movies...all the good stuff. Also, Jake understood that I needed all my stuff to "look good"...!!!...and it does...Jake had the ability to "customize" my equipment into my living situation which was important to me. I would use Jake for all my future entertainment equipment needs without hesitation..

Initial phone contact was positive. We set up an appointment for the following morning and he was a no show. He now fails to return phone calls. Very disappointing. If he would at least communicate, I'm sure any misconception he may have regarding me or my project, could be worked out.

Customer calls to inquire about services and pricing. I give my best prices based on discriptions and or picture. We set up a good time to come give final quote and start possibly. After price is agreed upon I begin or come back on scheduled day. Customer does not pay until jOB IS COMPLETED,
