- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer FREE estimates which give us an opportunity to give homeowners the exact price for the improvements they have in mind. One great aspect about us is that we are authorized dealers and a preferred contractor meaning we get discounted products whether its roofing, windows, or HVAC units and we pass those savings on to you so you can rest assured you are receiving the most value for the price quoted. Pricing can vary from homeowner to homeowner as everyone has different needs but we certainly give you the most value for your home improvements. We offer discounts for our brave veterans or any active military and also discounts for seniors. We also include discounts for multiple trades for example if a homeowner is replacing their HVAC unit and windows, we offer you better pricing on both. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost we make our customers' satisfaction our number one priority, and we start off by finding out exactly what our customers need. We like to set up consultations at no cost to the homeowner where we come to the property in question to get a scope of the work whether it be a roofing conversion, HVAC Installation or new window retrofits. We follow that up with showing documentation that we are fully insured,bonded and licensed for the work to be performed. Then we sit down with our customer to explain in detail the process of installation and the work to be performed so they are very well informed and as a result they understand what goes into the pricing. We then address any questions or concerns that the Property Owner may have in regards to what they want to accomplish.
