Shelly is an awesome Trainer. She has given me the tools to use dog training commands into my daily routine. She has worked with basic obedience, desensitizing, front door training (my dogs go crazy with door bell ringing, knocking and rushing to greet guests), how to handle my dogs fence fighting with neighbor's dog, and teaching me how to control my dogs while walking with my baby stroller.

Hired Shelly to help me get control of my pack, and she's gone above and beyond helping both my husband and I regain control and get on the same page to have a cohesive functioning household again. She came to our home, which was a HUGE plus for me and my 4 dogs. She's informative, patient, and fun to learn from. Would hire again in a heartbeat!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is $85 a session. However, more than one session is usually needed so I have discounted multiple session programs. The price can range from $85 to $60 a session depending on how many sessions you need or want.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have some questions I ask over the phone so I know exactly what you are needing help with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Dog Trainer, Cat Behaviorist and Pet Masseuse through Animal Behavioral College.
