FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm fairly flexible and understanding. I can work out a payment plan to lessen the burden and occasionally run discounts via my website or social media pages. There is a base fee for any event and then the hourly rate. This covers travel, insurance, editing, and all the business details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to get to know you and what you'd hope to achieve from working together. I like trying out new things so don't be shy about asking about something you don't see in my portfolio! I typically like to meet you in person first off so that we can discuss what you like and I can show you my portfolio. I am perfectly happy to work with you online or via phone as well if you are more comfortable with that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have officially been a photographer since 2013 but I had dabbled with it for many years prior. No formal training in photography but I have learned editing and different approaches to visual media through my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Media Art.
