Introduction: AJ's Mobile Welding has close to a decade of experience providing high quality residential, commercial, and industrial welding needs. Jobs are charged by time and material. I am regularly starting and finishing jobs, so feel free to reach out for any projects. I can weld Carbon steel, Black Iron Duct, Stainless steel, copper nickel, aluminum, and chromoly. I can also braze copper piping. Anything as thin as 1/36" thick (0.028") all the way up! I've welded anything from professional race cars, lifetime fences, repaired leaks on vessels in our ports, and welded on the pipelines. Jobs that need equipment rentals, no problem. I'm forklift, boomlift, manlift, and bobcat certified. Certified 6g structural and pipe welder (stick and Tig/heliarc) working as my own contractor. I do have my own rig truck, machines, tools, and do anything from residential to commercial. I also have an area to fabricate items if needed (i.e. fences, gates, flanges, special items/ repairs, etc.) and make X-ray quality welds. This guy's work is fantastic!! I couldn't have possibly went anywhere else that would have made me happier. I have a Nissan 370z and I needed a lot of custom work done to the car such as custom weld designs on the exhaust, catalytic converters. He started the job and told me that it would be a two week job because there were so many tedious things that i was wanting done. I dropped my stuff off with him and he kept in touch. Anytime i had a question he would respond very professional and quickly. A week later he called me and said my stuff was ready to be picked up. I went there to get my stuff and MAN i was very impressed with the quality of work, the welds were very clean and very strong. Overall, this is my NUMBER 1 go to guy from now on for anything that needs welding on anything I have. He truly means quality in his work and he isn't trying to rush his job.

I had consulted AJ for a major project at my facility. He was able to come and give me an honest estimate and was able to point out issues in the structure which I did not even think of! He had his own tools and heavy duty equipment which was definitely a plus. He was able to get all the issues taken care of and the work was done neatly in a timely manner. I also got to observe his skills in basic and advanced welding techniques which were done extremely well.Most of all his estimates were fair and he was very professional and honest. If I was currently hiring a full time welder he would be the man of choice. I wholeheartedly recommend him for any project now and in the future

Our grill on our BBQ pit burned through and we could not find another to replace it. AJ made us a new one, fits perfectly. Really quick! Great communication. Definitely use again!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I have to travel on-site to a job, I charge a minimum of 4 hours even if I finish the job sooner. Emergency rates are slightly higher than normal rates. Standard rates: $55/hr for any Tig work and $50/hr for just stick.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I request detailed explanations and picture examples of what they would like constructed. If the piece is custom, I will make sure whatever final designs are approved prior to any construction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fully Certified in 6g All position pipe and structural welding: SMAW-6g pipe and structural GTAW-6g pipe and structural FCAW-6g pipe and structural Fitter and fabricator
