- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we obtain as much info as possible on the scope of work to be done. Second, request to meet in person to assess the job, take measurements, and address any other concerns the customer may have. Third, send a detailed estimate with price breakdown via email. Fourth, have the customer sign a general contract with agreed upon price, type of work to be done, and in some cases partial payment upfront for materials. Fifth, we start work ASAP and collect remaining balance once work is complete and job site clean. Lastly, we ask that you leave a review and refer us to your friends and family.
