- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process would be - A consultation to figure out the obstacles for the organization - Create solutions for a plan of action - Forecast the consequences of the proposed solutions and project goals - Take the steps of action - Evaluate the outcome
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Accounting. I have worked in the Accounting/Finance field for over 10 years. I have been consulting for the last 5 years specializing in the growth of small businesses.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted to help small businesses develop into more profitable and more efficient organizations. I found the passion for this because my father had a small business while I was growing up and he was constantly needing advice and help with direction to accomplish his goals.
