- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A typical regimen consists of 3 one-hour training sessions per week. For this I charge $120 per week ($480 per month).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the client's goals - what they would like to achieve and their timeframe. We discuss challenges and lifestyle issues related to health and fitness such as diet, sleep, and stress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. For the past eight years I’ve trained in the areas of bodybuilding, strength, conditioning, yoga, strongman, olympic lifting, and Crossfit.
