I hired this company to replace some rotted wood on my deck. David and Tony gave me a great price quote and showed up on time. But the work they did was sloppy.
1. They were supposed to replace some lifting nails with deck screws, but they simply hammered the nails back down.
2. They used DRY WALL screws instead of deck screws!
3. They left gaps between the old wood and new wood. 4. They neglected to screw down the old wood.
5. They installed balusters, but did not rip the board that extended past the deck, and nailed the balusters to the overhang, making them look crooked.
In the end, David was supposed to come back and "finish up". When he didn't show, I called him, he said he got held up at another job. This happened three times. He should have called me. I guessed since he was already paid, he didn't bother. Very unprofessional.
