- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Starting fee pricing additional fees apply depending on additional forms. HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS - (in school) $35 (No Children) COLLEGE STUDENTS - (19-24) $45 & up HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD - $90 & up SINGLE/MARRIED FILING SEPARATE - $85 & UP MARRIED FILING JOINT $100 & UP RETIREES - E-mail or Call for special fees. BASIC STATE PREPARATION FEES $20.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I require them to fill out a customer information form and send all required documents listed on the form and a copy of the previous year filed tax return to the email. The document(s) and other information can be found on the web-site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and I have been preparing taxes for over 20 years.
