Tom is ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!! Not only is his work meticulous, it is true craftsmanship at its finest! We initially inquired to have one room painted, and have since asked him to help with multiple other projects throughout the house (interior and exterior!). He is now our go-to guy and is deeply trusted and appreciated by our entire family. His professionalism, kindness, and quality of work means so much to us- not to mention his prices are so fair! It was a pleasure working with Tom and his team. I recently had my kitchen cabinets painted with the cabinets pulls replaced and add stacked stone to a wall in my living room. The team that painted my cabinets was awesome, friendly, punctual and professional. The team that did my wall tile was hardworking and sincere. There’s some imperfections upclose but overall I like the finished look of the stone wall. Tom is great to work with, responsive, funny and honest! Honesty is a hard characteristic to come by these days. Thank you very much to Tom and his wonderful team! I would definitely use them again!

It’s amazing how a small change can change the feel of an entire space. Tom was responsive, pleasant, willing to answer my excessive amount of questions and most of all Tracy did an amazing job with installing. He was neat, precise and tidy. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Hired Tom for interior paint, this hire unfolded into many projects, we bought a home in Braselton moving from Las Vegas, Paint was just the beginning as cosmetic repairs, door replacements, molding replacements carpet and flooring removal and plumbing tile installation. We were blessed to have Tom involved he pulled together a team of craftsman for every new work. He worked with my brother in law, on sight in less than one month they accomplished so many things, the house has been renovated and the future projects we plan when we arrive in Georgia (tomorrow) will if possible all be handled by Tom. Due to the urgency of the projects he had crews working simultaneously and often was on site at night to keep everything on schedule. He is a gifted craftsman, a true professional and we are more than pleased we made the right choice. Tom we will be hiring you again for the rest of the story. Thank you

I hired Tom Tile & Remodeling to repair a section of our rear deck. I thought at the time that it would only mean replacing a few boards on the deck surface. When Tom came out to provide an estimate we discovered issues with the wood posts and stairs. Tom explained how they would repair the damage - the deck was almost 22 years old. Tom’s carpenter and paint crews were skilled, friendly and punctual. The carpenters pulled out the damaged/rotting boards and replaced the top deck boards, rail tops and stairs the first day. They installed seven new posts the following day, and locked the deck in good and tight. Tom himself supervised the work and I watched him audit for quality every step of the way. He spent a great deal of time before the crew started to bring only the straightest boards from the supplier (you could see that when the boards were laid in before they were screwed in). The paint crew did a great job. Very meticulous and they frequently checked each other’s work to see if anything was missed. They completed painting off all the new wood on the first day and most of the remaining deck and screen porch the next. I’m sure they could have done it all in one day, if we didn’t have deck furniture, a grill, a potting table and large flower pots on the deck. We had to wait for the new paint to dry before shifting the furniture onto the painted floors. One of the painters dropped by the following late morning to see if she could finish the job, but it rained the previous night and the deck was too wet. She came back the next day to check, found it damp from the dew, so went to another job before returning in early afternoon. The deck was finished up in less than hour. Not only would I recommend Tom Tile & Remodeling to someone else, I have recommended him to friends and family. And I’ve hired Tom to handle some other projects over the next couple of weeks
