I know the blizzard has gotten everyone busy and crazed but I have not been called, emailed-nothing!!! I stressed that I have a baby and elderly person at our home and was told I would be taken care of. I did not expect to be the first, second or even third house but a simple return communication would have been appreciated. I was under the impression that I would be serviced and how I have to find someone at the last minute which is going to be a nightmare. Thanks for nothing!!

Yes I'm sorry most roads was not plowed by the county. I did call you today about 1pm and was ready to do it but you had already had it done. Again sorry we couldn't take care of you.
