FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
FBA pricing: square feet, the condition of the project that comes with in the communications. How many windows inside and out if you want them done inside and out. For carpets: The customer has to tell FBA about the type of stains, are they food stains, are they pet stains. Or is it a different type of stain other than pet or food stains. You just don't remove the stain you have to clean the entire carpete. Communications is a must in order to get a fair quote on your project. FBA takes pride in their work as well as a 1st and lasting Impression on the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communications, take a notes, through conversations find out what the pet peeves are and make sure that that's on the top of my list.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Through National Geographics twice out the month for dusting, making sure the carpets are properly vacuumed wear there's no buildup in the corners, around the edges of the carpet; not just vacuuming in the middle of the floor making sure that if there was any type of spills that might have been missed all covered up. Received OSHA training for bios pills and clean ups. Received quad tetanus shots to protect myself from cleaning matters dealing with bios pills. This training has assisted me with teaching others that work with me and providing them with certificates which indicates the training that they have received. FBA requires online training through OSHA twice out of the year.
