FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices will vary depending on length, thickness, amount of products needed as well as the previous processes done on the past because that will effect the outcome.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A very in-depth consultation not only what your desire is but also hearing what you do not like or want. Asking about your maintenance and and how often you care to visit the salon is a very important part of the desired look. I want to know what you have done to your hair in the past, what products you use at home and how much you care to do to maintain your new look. I do not double book and my focus is on the client in my chair and no one else.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been licensed since 1987 and have held cosmetology licenses in 3 states. I continue to educate constantly by attending hair/trade shows, classes in salon as well as many online. I stay on top of the newest products and procedures in an ever changing industry.
