Having Anna as a career panelist for the Girls Inc. Externship Program was a fantastic experience. Her warmth, energy, and passion filled the room as topics like discovering your inner purpose, fostering motivation during tough times, and key pointers on how to connect with a network of people to advance your career were discussed. Anna was able to influence and provide clarity to the 10th-grade Girls Inc. participants on what it means to be truly successful and happy, and how to discover those things for themselves. By the end of the day, girls were incorporating new skills and tactics Anna had introduced during the session.

How do you describe the benefit you get from a Wellness Coach who is so passionate about the things going on in your life and your success that you cannot help but to be your best? I don’t think that you can, but I will certainly try. Anna is more than a Wellness Coach, she is a life motivator. I came to Anna expressing being in a slump: I was constantly stressed and frustrated with how things were going in my life. Anna was remarkably attentive and caring. If she was unaware of my particular issue, she did some back ground research so that she could respond to my specific needs. To tackle my stress, she went out of her way to instruct me in yoga. By out of my way, she let me come to her apartment at 6:00am so we could do yoga before work. She incorporated meditation for my mental wellbeing and she emphasized on stress relief routines. She truly went above and beyond. Not only did she keep our appointments, she also went beyond her agreed upon duties and would contact me if she knew I had something big going on or for intermittent status reports. Have you ever had someone who is there for you with undivided attention? Meaning you talk about matters that concern you without someone taking time away from you, or making light of your issues, without looking at their phone at the same time. It amazing and that is what you get wit Anna. When you use Anna’s services through Wild and Free, you get more than a Wellness Coach, you get a friend for life.

My life has certainly improved since working with Anna. Before working with her, I was allowing others opinions to have more control over my life and now I have allowed myself to be even more adventurous, take more calculated risks and embraced life more abundantly with being more assertive of what I want for myself and overall more self accepting. Anna was a help to me because she held up a mirror for me and helped me become more aware of my choices and inner voice.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer an hourly rate for "One-Time" and "Follow Up" coaching sessions and a program rate for my 3-month coaching program.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a new client, the first 2 times we meet are "Discovery Sessions." This gives the client an opportunity to share their goals with me and gain valuable insight into where they currently are in life. From the groundwork done in these initial meetings, we begin a 3-month coaching partnership that guides the client through 3 phases. Module 1- Clarity - Discover Your Passion Module 2- Direction - Create Your Plan Module 3- Focus - Commit to Your Path The purpose of these modules is to guide the client to their desired goal and the fulfilling career they seek.
