Houseman came and change my locks and put a mesh screen in the window. Not only was he effacacious, he executed his duties in a friendly and colloquial manner. Would most def hire him again.

Eric has done home improvement on rental properties I own. Not only are his prices reasonable but he does quality work. What more could you want? I highly recommend him!

Eric did an amazing job fiing my washing machine!! Previously, two other technicians promised to come by and fix it. One never showed up and the other said he would return to fix it but never did. However, Eric was responsive immediately to my call and realized what the issue was right away. He fixed it in less than an hour. His estimate was right in line with the final bill and it was still less than the "no show" technicians. I haven't had any problems with my washing machine since. I plan to go to Eric from"The House Man" for all my handy man and maintenance needs. Thanks Eric for your professionalism and responsive work!!!
