At first provided us great work (built out all closets and pantry) then took on refinishing and staining our deck and put on the wrong stain (a different customers) and then painted ours over it so we had an uneven orange and red deck - he even admitted it he made the mistake. But when it came to fix it so it wasn't sticky and so it wasn't two different colors he never offered to sand it down and fix what he didn't do correctly. We trusted that he knew what to do and when he made the mistake we only would have hoped for professionalism and fix the error. My husband pre-paid him and he took the money and never fixed the deck. We had to have a different vendor come out and fix it. Again, sad that he didn't look to solve the problem or we would have continued to use his services. He has refused to refund our money.Jun 14, 2016VerifiedSpencer T.'s reply
There are always 2 sides to a story and there was plenty of this one left off. I did repay the customer back. Took longer than it should have(misplaced check on my desk) and did alot more to make it right as well. Even turned down customers referred by Kat to avoid conflict. She had personal and timing issues I could not meet which is why they went with another contractor.
I hired Spencer to remodel my bathroom. Not only did he do an excellent job he was very professional, friendly & helpful on other projects in my home. Since the remodel of my bathroom Spencer has been back out to hang ceiling fans, change out doors even fixed a plumbing issue I had. I highly recommend Spencer & his team for any of your home updates or repairs .Feb 2, 2016
I couldn't of asked for a better experience! The customer service and craftsmanship from this company was outstanding. They were thorough with their work, paid attention to detail and quick with their hands. They converted a guest bedroom in my home into a dressing room and on one of the walls they put in their one of kind, custom made, fabricated heel racks and wedge shelves as storage for all my high heels and wedges. I couldn't be happier with the look and easy access to my heels. Along with the converted bedroom, in our backyard we have a chain link fence that needed some new configuring so that our trailer could be driven in and out of the backyard. At the end of our driveway and facing the alley, there was a diagonal part of the fence that they converted into a custom gate so that with our truck we could have easier access to our trailer. As you can see they have a knack for all kinds of repairs and remodeling! I will definitely hire them again for any new projects or repairs I need.Jan 28, 2016
