- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We determine what the customer wants and either say yes we can meet your needs or be honest and say that's not in our wheelhouse. We are consumers also and respect people's time. We also work hard for our money and don't take it lightly that customers deserve bang for their buck.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Business degree from Sam Houston. It didn't train me to cook, however, it did provide the tools for running a business and the importance of putting the customer/client experience first.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been grilling and barbecuing for 25 years. I grew up in New Orleans and have favorite recipes from all my relatives. My wife and I enjoy making great food and meeting new people so this was the perfect fit.
