- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
fixed price includes 3 concepts and 3 rounds of revisions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial consultation I will send my clients a brief questionnaire so I can become more familiar with their brand and the brand personality. After that I get started on the design. Initial concepts can take between 2 and 7 days (depending on the depth and breadth of the project). I will provide the client with 3 concepts and will then provide 3 rounds of revisions based on client feedback. Revisions are generally turned around the next day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in communication design from the University of North Texas and 7 years relevant experience.
